Can I set up an Email Client such as Outlook to automatically forward leads to my Zapier Parser?

Q: When I am using the email parser, Zapier creates a separate email address. So, I'm assuming, in order to actually parse the email and accomplish anything, I need to actually send the email to that email address, correct?

So, I could set up a rule in Outlook to forward certain emails to that email parser address, then Zapier will parse the email and the zap goes from there. Correct?
