Q: Is there a way to send an email automatically predicated on a date or on completion of a previous task?
A: Yes - in the SCHEDULE field, setup the task to be 0 Days AFTER "Completion Date". That will open up the LAST drop down field in that window to pick the Activity you wish to have it dependent on. Then in the ACTION field, setup an AUTOMATIC Email with your selected Template. When the first activity is completed, then the second activity will send the email automatically.
