A: Use a Zap to parse lead gen email. There is a video in help on this. Then use a client workflow for lead nurturing to send emails and call reminders.
A: Go to help and type "Zap" in the search bar. I use Zaps all the time to bring in contact data from my email into RV, and have it tagged and a workflow automatically applied to the newly added contact. It is like magic. I bring in Zillow stuff, leads from open house, leads from my website... it's very cool and very flexible.
