Domain Validation
Have your system administrator contact Realvolve Support for a custom set of CNAME and TXT records to add to your domain hosts DNS settings.
Please note: this requires your email to be sent via a custom web domain that you own, these records cannot be generated for a generic email (@gmail.com, @yahoo.com, etc.)
Once they have been applied, please let our support team know so the records can be validated on our end.
Email Verbiage
If you have validated your domain using the steps above, but still find your clients reporting that your emails are going to spam, you may need to review the verbiage in your email for items that may seem spammy in nature. While there is not a comprehensive list of all of the words/phrases that can cause an email to go to spam, there are a few resources online that outline some of the key words and phrases that can cause an email to get flagged. It is also important to add a good amount of text with any images you may send, as image-only emails are sometimes flagged as a way to circumvent a spam filter.
