Click on the double chevron " >> " next to the Contact count to display the contacts from the list view. The image below shows the top section of the View All work pane, I've numbered each element to make it easier to describe.
- Select Records - This check box selects all of the records in the Contact list.
- Table View - List of contacts in table format of columns and rows.
- Grid View - Lists contacts in a grid format which include an Image and the A|B|C|D category.
- Generate PDF - Generates a list of the selected Contacts in PDF format.
- Send Email - Send an email to the selected contacts.
- Send to Google - Sends the selected contacts to your Google drive as a spreadsheet. (must have a Google account setup in Settings > My Social Network. This option allows you to print labels or letters using Google Docs. Printing Labels Video / Printing Letters Video
- Export to CSV - Exports the selected contacts to a Comma Separated Values file.
- More Options - Opens an additional menu with more options for your list of Contacts.
- Add Tags - Presents a menu to select Tags to add to all selected Contacts.
- Remove Tags - Presents a menu to remove Tags from all selected Contacts.
- Add Note - Adds a Note to all selected Contacts.
- Assign A|B|C|D - Updates the Category for all selected Contacts.
- Assign Contact Type - Updates the Contact Type for all selected Contacts.
- Assign Stage - Updates the Stage for all selected Contacts.
- Assign Status - Updates the Status for all selected Contacts.
- Assign Record Type - Updates the Record Type for all selected Contacts.
- Merge Duplicates - Merges two or more selected Contacts into one Contact record.
- Delete - Moves all selected Contacts into the Trash.
