How do I place a call using the Fire Dialer?

Firepoint has a single line dialer that allows you to place and receive calls through the system. These calls will be recorded on the lead's profile page so that you can listen to them whenever you need to.

Step 1: Start by finding your lead using the search bar at the top of any page. Click on their name to go to their profile page.

Step 2: In the upper left corner is a teal box with the details for the lead including their phone number. Click on the drop-down arrow next to the phone number to open up the choices.
Step 3: Select the phone number you want to make the call to. Most of the time there will only be one phone number, but if you have added additional phone numbers or alternate contacts, you will have multiple to choose from.

A new screen will pop up that allows you to make choices regarding how the call will be placed. You can either call using your computer's browser or you can place the call using your phone. Here are both options.

Option 1: If you choose to place the call using your browser, it will show you the phone number you selected to call and ask you to choose which phone number you want to show the lead.

Option 2: If you use the phone option, you will be called at the phone number you choose and be prompted to press one. This will connect the call to the lead. Just like with the browser option, you will need to select which phone number you want the lead to see on their caller ID.
