Can I filter activities on the lead's activity feed?

At times, the activity feed for a lead can be a bit overwhelming to sift through, especially when adding in internal communications for the lead. Luckily, you have the ability to filter your leads. To see how to do this, follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1: Start by finding your lead using the search bar at the top of any page. Click on their name to go to their profile page.

Step 2: Click on the filter on the right side of the activity feed.
Step 3: Choose which filters you would like to see in the activity feed.
Step 4: If these settings are what you want for every lead, choose Remember.
Step 5: Click on Apply to see the results in the activity feed.
First options - Communication: All, Phone Call, E-Mail, Text (SMS), Social Media, Fact to Face. Second options - Lead Actions: All, Property View, Property Fav, Property Share, Lead Inquiry, Ylopo. Third options - Administrative: All, Comments, Tags, Pond Movement, Team Changes, Automated Assistant Updates.
