How do I permanently delete a lead?

In order to permanently delete a lead, you will need to have admin access. To learn how to do this, follow along with the step-by-step instructions below.

Step 1: Start by going to your Leads page or the Company Leads page.


Step 2: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Trash or Company Trash depending on what page you are on.

Step 3: From here, you have two options to permanently delete leads.

• The first option is clicking on the Empty Trash button in the upper right corner. That will permanently delete all of the leads in the trash.
• The second option is to select the individual leads you want to permanently delete, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click on the Delete button.

Step 4: You will get a confirmation screen letting you know that this action cannot be undone. Click on Delete to permanently delete the lead(s). This action cannot be undone.
