How do I add a new page to my website?

To add a new custom page to your website, you will start by going to the IDX Site Management which can be found under Office Setting in your navigation panel. In order to access IDX Site Management, you will need to have admin access.

Follow the steps below to create your new custom page for your website:

  1. Click on New Custom Page in the lower left corner.
  2. The Page Title is what will be displayed on the website on the navigation menu.
  3. You can choose what your text color and page background colors are. If you would like either of these to be somewhat transparent, click on the color palette and move the transparency bar to your desired setting.
  4. You have the option on whether you would like to have a sub-navigation panel for any pages that are nested under the main page. Here is what the sub-navigation panel looks like.

  5. You can choose to have the Property Search Bar at the top of the custom page. This would allow anyone on this page to start searching for properties.
  6. This is where you will want to add the content for your custom page. You can make edits to the content using the following tools:
    • Bold, italicize, underline, strikeout, change font type, font size, or font color
    • Text alignment, number list, bullet list, indent text either left or right
    • Insert links, tables, images, or videos
      • Videos can either be links or embedded code
    • Undo/redo an action and code view
      • Code view can be used to customize the page even more. We do not support <script> or <style> tags.
  7. This is your page URL. You can change this at any time and can use the clipboard on the right side to quickly copy the URL for use.
  8. Here you can add a brief description of what the custom page is about.
  9. Once all the content is added for your custom page, you have the option to preview the page, save your work, publish/unpublish the page, or delete the page altogether.
