What does a delay do in a campaign?

Delays within a campaign allow tasks, texts, and emails to be created and sent at a later time. Please note that wherever you add a delay in the campaign, the remaining steps continue after the delay has passed.

The delay is always from the last action, not the start of the campaign. The counter on the action will show you how much time has passed from the start of the campaign with delays included.
