A background job happens when you perform certain actions in the system. These can include downloading leads to a .csv, deactivating a user, mass assigning a lead status, etc.
Step 1: To find your this section, click on your Settings in the upper right corner.
Step 2: Select Background Jobs on the left side of the page. You will see all of your past jobs, any currently running, and if you have any queued.
