Q: How do I create a group in a Workflow?

A: Put in the names of the groups you want in the top part of the workflow. Then when you are adding activities, if it is for something that you would only need to do if it was for a particular group, change the general to the group name.  Check out page 45 of the workflow tutorial (in the files).
