How do I delete fields that I'm not using within a Record?

Q:  How do I delete unused boxes - Appraiser, Referred By, etc to eliminate having to scroll through empty boxes to find your pertinent information.

A:  In Settings > Set Default Fields - you can place check marks next to the party member types that you want by default. Uncheck them if you don't use them very often and just add them as needed. Unfortunately, there's no way at this time to delete boxes that are already present within a record.
