A: Take a look at the tutorials for creating a workflow. After you start the workflow you "add Activity to workflow" and then fill out the various pats to that activity- who does it, when it happens, what format (email), and what prewritten email. So, your 5 emails are would be sent from the workkflow Buyer's Handbook. Your first activity is to send the email, "Here is your book", as an example. Your next activity is to send the email "So, when do you wanna buy?" and the next is an email, "Who do you know that wants to buy?".
