Q: When I go onto the Live Chat, it asks me to download the file again to be able to open the chat. I have done this before (more than once)- why does this happen every time?
A: We use LogMeIn Rescue for our remote connection software and they require it.
Also, when you download the file, make sure you run it. That is what makes the connection between your computer and our support team. If you download it to a folder then it won't connect us.
