Q: When following up with the Lender, I want to insert his/her name along with the Client's First and Last Name. However, I'm not certain which "Use with" option to select so I can insert both the Loan Officer's name as well as my client's name.
A: When following up with the lender, I select "specific contact" on the Use With option. Again, I select my current preferred lender. (although, each time you apply this workflow, you get the chance to specify another lender in your database.) This provides the correct greeting to the lender. Use merge fields for clients name and contact data.
