Q: How do I get help from the Realvolve Team?
A: We have: “CHAT” and “SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET”.
Q: What’s the difference?
A: LIVE CHAT is for when you have to have your answer right away.
SUPPORT TICKETS are for when you can wait for a few minutes to a few hours and are the ONLY good place for feature requests and enhancements.
Q: How do I access these services?
A: When you’re in Realvolve, if you look at the bottom of your screen in the black footer, you will see "Submit a Support Ticket" and the red "Chat" button will be a little further to the right.
Q: When can I get this help?
A: Someone is available for both from 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST, Monday Through Friday. If you get to the Chat and there is no one available, you will be re-routed to create a support ticket and that will be answered as soon as humanly possible within those same hours. If you do not get an answer on Chat, it means we are not available so posting it on the Facebook "Realvolve Community" group will not get a faster response from us.

It would help if you actually had the "Live Chat" feature available, that you mentioned. Poor service... canceling account!

I'm just checking to see if you were ever able to get ahold of us! The live chat button is at the bottom of the screen on the gray bar within your account. The exact phrasing is "Live Chat Support." Directly next to that is the phrase, "Submit a Support Ticket." We will be sure to answer those as well!

Yes! Where is the live chat? I have tried the email process and issue is still not resolved. I can’t even get logged in and am wasting valuable time with this!
