Q: I've noticed when emailing someone from a transaction that the email will show up under the Radar tab on both the transaction page and the contact page of the individual emailed, but not under the Email tab of the contact emailed. Do I need to email the contact directly from their contact page for the email to show up under the Email tab?
A: The email tab pulls all of your sent/received from the email performed OUTSIDE of Realvolve.
