Setting up an email template for an automated activity?

Q: Can you set up an email template for an automated activity where you send an email to a lender to ask if the contact got qualified? Example - after you refer to the lender, can you set up an email to send to the lender in the next couple of days following up?

A: Yes. In order for it to be "automatic" it must be part of a workflow that you assigned to a contact. Also, you can auto send a text to the lender, just depends on how you communicate.
