Q: As I update a client’s address and/or name in Realvolve, it does not show the updated name or address when I export my contacts in a CSV file for a particular tag. How do I fix this?
A: The address field is made up of 2 types - the "Home Address" which is the full address. Then we have each of the individual fields broken out by their parts so "Home Street Address" (just the street address), "Home City", "Home State" and "Home Zipcode".
The individual fields come from the fields when you use the [...] button next to the address. If you change the full address it should break it into it's individual fields on the popup screen but it may have had problems during the lookup process so double check what is in the [...] screen.
