Assigning activities for team members?

Q: Our team is just my partner & I and we each do whatever is needed on any given day according to our current checklist. If I assign it to my name, will she see it if I'm out showing and it needs to get done? Also, are the # of days calculated in calendar or business days?

A: There are "Place Holders" which you can choose instead of a User if you want to select the user when you start the workflow. This will help if you add users down the road. "Record Owner", "Listing Agent", etc. # days is Calendar days...

Q:  Is "Report?" if you want this included in a seller report?

A: Yes.
