Is there a way to print out a complete workflow - showing all action steps and branches within an action?

Hi Sheila, most people do a screen capture. We do not have a way to print from within the app.

It's a really good exercise to draw out these out on big paper, whether you're trying to understand an existing workflow or drawing out your business process. If you understand it, it's that much easier to pop in a quick change to improve it. You will learn a lot and it will be worth your time.

I can't seem to figure out how a sub-user can launch a workflow. I have created significant workflows. My vision, we have a "Listing Appointment" Workflow that triggers events for the Agent and the Listing Coordinator. I created a dummy sub-user and I can't figure out why workflows don't show up when "Start A Workflow" is clicked.

I don't see a chat window. May I chat with someone regarding workflows?

Hi Val - Sure! For immediate attention you can go to Live Chat (at the bottom of your Realvolve Screen it says "Live Chat Support" - just click on that) during business hours or you can schedule a call at http://calendly.com/realvolve at your convenience.
