Is there a way to print out a complete workflow - showing all action steps and branches within an action?
Hi Sheila, most people do a screen capture. We do not have a way to print from within the app.
It's a really good exercise to draw out these out on big paper, whether you're trying to understand an existing workflow or drawing out your business process. If you understand it, it's that much easier to pop in a quick change to improve it. You will learn a lot and it will be worth your time.

I can't seem to figure out how a sub-user can launch a workflow. I have created significant workflows. My vision, we have a "Listing Appointment" Workflow that triggers events for the Agent and the Listing Coordinator. I created a dummy sub-user and I can't figure out why workflows don't show up when "Start A Workflow" is clicked.
I don't see a chat window. May I chat with someone regarding workflows?

Is there a way to remove a workflow from a contact? I created a contact for a lead I received before noticing my team had already created the contact and workflow. Now I get workflow activities each day for a contact that I removed all info for as it was a duplicate.
