    Gary,

Working on a mailing for the upcoming holidays. The contacts have been tagged with XMAS and I am going to export them into a CSV file. I have 2 questions:

    1. Is there an easier way to copy an address from let's say the Work Address or the Additional Info fields to the Home Address without manually retyping it? Even when you go to copy a Work Address and paste into the Home Address it copies the whole address into the Street Number field and then you have to manually move or type the rest of it into the proper fields.

    2. If there is a husband, John Smith and wife, Jane Doe listed together under the mailing name, but they are listed as two (2) separate contacts, is there a way to combine the 2 contacts into 1?

    Thanks so much,
    Jodi

Hi Jodi - Apologies but there no way to copy/paste them.

Do you mean you want to combine the two contact records?

    Hi Gary,

Yes, that's exactly what we are trying to do. Combine two contact records.

OK. You don't want to combine them. Having two separate records gives you more flexibility in addressing things and syncing. Our system is set up specifically to take advantage of having two connected records instead of one.
