Add new tasks to a workflow?

Q:  How do you add new tasks to a workflow (i.e., I have a workflow but decided that I want to add another step between Step A & B)?

A: When adding activities to a workflow, the "Schedule" allows you to decide the number of days/weeks/months/years (before/after). You can just add a new item and assign the correct number of days as needed. If it falls on the same day as something else and you want to assign an ORDER to the activity to be #2, then choose 2 in the drop down.
