Seeing all email template's?

Q: I set up and saved a new template which I can see when I am under the Templates tab. I would like to email this to myself and/or others to review, but when I go to choose this template to email I do not see it. 

A: When you choose an email template, you have to be in the section that the template has assigned in the "Use With" field of the template. If your "Use With" is set for "Property" then you need to be emailing from a Property. Since Templates use Merge fields for specific "Use With" settings, you have to have those fields available so those templates for other sections are not shown.
